Is my document stored anywhere?
No, absolutely not. Your document is analyzed in real time and then immediately deleted. No copy is kept on our servers. We do not store the image, the extracted content, or any metadata related to your file.
What happens if my document is not recognized?
If our AI cannot identify the necessary information, an error message will be displayed with suggestions to improve the readability of your document. You can try again with a clearer photo or a different document format (for example a PDF instead of a photo).
Why does my flight need to be more than 48 hours away?
We do not accept applications for flights arriving in less than 48 hours. This lead time is required because the destination country's authorities need processing time to validate your arrival card. If your flight is in less than 48 hours, we recommend filling out the arrival card directly at the airport or via the official immigration authorities website.
