Article 1 — Legal Information

The ArrivalCards website is published by VISAMUNDI, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of 50,000 euros, registered with the Nantes Trade and Companies Register under number 828 148 189, with its registered office at 15 Allée Duguay Trouin, 44000 Nantes, France.

Article 2 — Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "T&C") define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of the assisted arrival card filling service offered by VISAMUNDI through the ArrivalCards website (hereinafter "the Service").

Any order placed on the website implies the unreserved acceptance of these T&C by the customer.

Article 3 — Description of the Service

The Service consists of assistance in filling out arrival cards required by certain countries for entry into their territory. VISAMUNDI acts as an intermediary facilitating the traveller's administrative procedures.

Article 4 — Pricing and Payment

The Service is priced at €29 incl. tax per arrival card issued, excluding any consular fees. Payment is made online by credit card through a secure payment platform.

Article 5 — Processing Times

VISAMUNDI commits to processing requests as quickly as possible. The estimated processing time is specified on each destination's page.

Article 6 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period.

Article 7 — Liability

VISAMUNDI commits to exercising all due care in filling out arrival cards based on information provided by the customer.

Article 8 — Intellectual Property

All elements of the ArrivalCards website are protected by French and international intellectual property laws.

Article 9 — Applicable Law and Disputes

These T&C are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties shall endeavour to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Nantes.
